The goods ordered in our online store, you can return (exchange) within 14 days, not counting the day of receipt, in accordance with the law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if this product does not fall into the list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.
• The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within fourteen days.
• Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
• If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return the amount of money paid, except for the seller's delivery costs, no later than seven days from the date the consumer submits the relevant request;
To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for the return of funds", which is sent at the request of the consumer to the e-mail address, and send it along with a copy of the passport to the e-mail of the company: info@inaya.shop
The refund will be made to the bank card within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the "Application for a refund" and the actual receipt of the goods by the company. The term for consideration of the "Application for the return of funds" begins to be calculated from the moment the company receives the application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays / weekends.
Mandatory conditions for the return or exchange of goods:
- the item must be complete
- availability of original and undamaged packaging, labels, other
- preserved presentation (no traces of use)
Before returning the goods, it is necessary to contact the manager to make a request. The return is carried out by the transport companies Nova Poshta, Delivery or UkrPoshta. After sending the goods, you must provide the declaration number. After receiving the goods and the statement by the company, if all the mandatory conditions are met by the consumer, a refund is made on the same day or, in the absence of money in the cash register, within 7 banking days.
We ask you to check the order upon receipt and no later than an hour after the fact that the goods are handed over to you. If you received a product of inadequate quality, we undertake to return the funds or exchange the product for a proper one. If the products were not properly stored by you, for a period longer than the above (1 hour) - the Seller does not fulfill such complaints in full and considers them individually.
